Upon seeing this film at first, I really thought (and hoped) I would like it, but it's just ridicolously silly. I mean, come ON ! A bracelet from WW II that grants its wearer abilities ? This is like 'The Mask' only watered and dumbed down considerably. Granted, there *are* some funny moments with the mafia (cliches left and right considering them) with the stolen dogs and with Hanna's character when she puts on the bracelet. The only real redeeming feature, besides the adorable Rufus is the history lesson contained within the film. It may intriegue children and want them to learn more. There are good lessons in the movie, but beyond that part of me wishes movies (for lack of better term) like this weren't made.
