Ich habe am 24.3.2024 zwei neue Festplatten bestellt, beim Anschließen dieser Festplatten musste ich leider feststellen, dass diese defekt sind und von meinem Laptop und PC nicht erkannt werden. Ich habe den Verkäufer kontaktiert und eine Rückerstattung beantragt. Am Ende war mein Fall halbwegs gelöst und ich habe das Geld nur für einen Artikel (!) zurückbekommen.
