Hi again.As you can see the jacket was despatched within the time frame stated.The delay in postage is with Royal Mail. It was all booked via the ebay system. You as the buyer are the purchaser of the postage, no me.The package size for the jacket was 45 by 35 by 16 and 5 kg max. The package was under this. As stated in my message I have already raised this with Royal Mail, and they will end up refunding me the £7.10 that I have refunded you.Would you please consider amending your feedback.
