THIS IS ACTUALLY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BECAUSE THE SELLER BLOCKED ME FROM LEAVING TRUE FEEDBACK. THE SELLER GUARANTEED REFUND FOR TWO PHONES PLUS POSTAGE. BOTH PHONES WERE FAULTY. I HAD TO GO THROUGH EBAY FOR A REFUND. TOOK A LONG TIME. THE SELLER REFUSED REFUND AND REFUSED TO GIVE POSTAGE BACK. I LOST $55.00 THEY ADVERTISED PHONES AS SAMSUNG SM-G973U WHEN IN FACT THEY WERE SM-G973U1 THE CHEAPER INFERIOR VERSION WHICH DIDN'T WORK IN AUSTRALIA PROPERLY. IF YOU BUY FROM THEM BE AWARE.
