The advert showed a name of Alex but had a box to personalise the item - I completed this box with the name I required. Today I received the item with the name Alex. At no time was I contacted to say that he could not personalise the item and only had the name Alex. This is no good to me and the seller now says he does not accept returns
I certainly would not use the seller again.

I am sorry that you feel you needed to add a negative feedback. The item was advertised correctly, it showed clearly in the description & pictures that it was for the name of Alex, I did not know there was a personalisation box as I did not add this in so I would have been unaware that you had completed it, if I was I would have made you aware that it was for the name of Alex only. Apologies that the box caused confusion but this was not in anyway my error.
