Good communication it arrived within the est. delivery dates, packaged well in bubble wrap envelop, also had extra bubble wrap in the case with the DVD disc to stop it from moving, no damage in transit. The DVD disc looked like new, the item looked as per the ad - acceptable relabelling on the spine. I am very happy with this purchase and very happy with this seller. 100% satisfied.
