Clock arrived amazingly fast, 2 days after ordering it. I ordered it February 3rd and received it February 5th. The clock was so well packaged that UPS would have to throw it off a very tall building to damage it. The seller was very responsive and helpful with questions I had about clock. It has been a very good experience doing business with him.

Amazing seller. Blazing fast responses, takes great responsibility for their product, did a really strong wrapping of a very fragile item. Unfortunately, despite every effort, it did sustain damage, but otherwise as described. Seller was fantastic. Multiple options to satisfy the issue. And refund was beyond fast.
