Packaging very poor. Product box in very poor condition on arrival. Product itself did not present as ‘new’, the measuring prongs were slightly bent probably due to the way the product had been packaged. The product itself seems to work okay, but if this had been a more expensive item I would have sent it back without hesitation. I will not be using this supplier again

I bought this to go with my Gigaset 620A main phone, which I am really happy with, being slightly deaf I hear the rings very well and the phone and additional phone are light and easy to use. Really happy with the product and would recommend it.

Bought this phone as a replacement for one of my 4 Gigaset phones that had come to the end of its working life. The replacement was a secondhand phone that was in very good condition ‘as new’ and was very good value. It was easy to install and was up and running in a matter of minutes - 5*****

I already had a three piece set of these phones but one was on the blink and as we used them , one on each floor, as an intercom I was keen to replace them. This Gigaset is able to manage several more on the system so I wanted an old model and there were a few available on EBay! I lucked out as this was a really clean one works well and for some reason once it was installed the old u/s one started to work again!!
