    This DVD has been a kid favorite around here for years! Then we had a new little one who is now 3 and we must have worn out the old dvd! Haha! So we had to get a new one! I would say it’s a good deal however it does skip in some places so I have to rate it 3 stars :/

    Best kids DVD yet!

    This was recommended to me by a friend, and from the moment I put it into the DVD player it has been a family favorite! My son is autistic and is very drawn to music, and as he is currently trying to learn his alphabet we figured this would be a good choice. As soon as he heard the first bars of music he was transfixed. He started bouncing along with the beats and repeating the ends of phrases, which is HUGE. Not that this is all for the kids - my husband and I are TMBG fans from way back (think "Flood") and this music, although geared towards kids, stays true to their musical style and zany lyrics and is FUN! My son's favorite songs are "I am a Robot" where a robot and a little girl sing the ABC song, and "Fake-Believe" which is all about pretending to be something else - ie ...

    Kids and Adults love this movie!!!

    I've purchased several copies of this for friends and family with kids. My 2 year old enjoys it right along with my 4 year old, and even my 10 year old gets a kick out of the clever and catchy They Might Be Giants. It's a great way to share music with your kids...imagine, the band you loved doing Birdhouse in my Soul, Istanbul NOT Constantinople, etc..teaching your kids the ABC's. This is PBS quality video presentations of lessons like "LMNO is not a letter" and how Q and U go together, reminds me of Sesame Street. My husband and I get these songs stuck in our heads too, and it sure beats Barney for that!

    Great for the kids and entertains parents too!

    I've been a TMBG fan for many years. I had no idea they dabbled in kids songs until sister showed me this DVD. If you like TMBG, you'll love this DVD. No doubt your kid(s) will love it too. Catchy tunes. Lyrics are quite clever, and untraditional enough to really keep anyone's attention. Animation is very well done and is different with each song. I've probably watched it with my kid 50 times, and even after that I just paid $1 a song to download some of my favorite songs on iTunes.
