Synopsis
The Civil War is at an end, but for thirteen-year-old Eulinda, it is no time to rejoice. Her younger brother Zeke was sold away, her older brother Neddy joined the Northern war effort, and her master will not acknowledge that Eulinda is his daughter. Her mettle is additionally tested when she realizes her brother Neddy might be buried in the now-closed Andersonville Prison where soldiers were kept in torturous conditions. With the help of Clara Barton, the eventual founder of the Red Cross, Eulinda must find a way to let go of the skeletons from her past., Galleria finds out that her mean old neighbour's pooch is about to have puppies - and her dog is the father! Soon Galleria and her family are caught up in a humongous custody battle. Next, the Cheetah Girls have to get back their street cred after losing the Apollo Theatre Amateur contest. Then, the Administration of Children's Services tries to take Dorinda's foster brother Corky away from Mrs Bosco. Finally, just as the girls are getting hyped about recording their demo, Anginette and Aquanette announce they won't be able to sing with he group!, Three new growl-licious stories are included in this new collection of adventures with the Cheetah Girls that includes books 13-16.

A very sad story, but an excellent account of the holocaust. A book I would recommend others to read, particularly since antisemitism is quickly rising in the USA, and around the world. It should be a must read in schools! The transaction was smooth. The book arrived quickly, came as described. and was securely packed. Also, very reasonably priced! Would definitely buy from this seller again! Highly recommend!
