I never received my Jaeger linen brown/ blue checked wide leg trousers size 14. Although they were
posted & tracked they never arrived-I contacted seller after two weeks allowing for the sluggish Royal Mail on occasions .elycia002 contacted the Royal Mail regarding the fact that the item had been tracked
& they managed to loose it having been given that information she refunded me the money for the trousers. Once I contacted the seller she kept me informed of every stage of the process.
