The buyer failed to accurately describe chairs’ condition. He stated “great condition & well maintained”. One of the two chairs is water damaged, has cracks and it catches on/pulls clothes. I also paid more than the asking price as I really liked the chairs and trusted his description. When I emailed him about it, he was not friendly, didn’t hold himself accountable, he didn’t apologise, but at least the end he agreed to offer a small refund of 10%. Unpleasant transaction overall.

yes, thats why they were described as "USED". and you got them cheap, yes i gave you a part refund, but still this feedback, just can not please some people.!! i am friendly and helpful, to all buyers, unless they become unreasonable!!
