Seller was wrong in his description. His packaging was insufficient for posting ornaments. Five items arrived smashed, the other three items are damaged but badly glued together.
On messaging this seller he was keen to express he doesn’t accept returns. Quite laughable really.
Sadly had to start a claim and doing a card chargeback as this seller is going to hang around denying responsibility or claiming against postage.

This buyer is just so wrong. He advised of damages when the item was clearly sold as damaged, it was packed very thoroughly and wrapped in bubble wrap. When he reported breakages I just said I need to check how I stand as I stated I did not accept returns. He immediately issued a dispute and left this feedback. A returns label has been issued and a refund will be given once items returned. Unfortunately EBay now seem to allow buyers to act in this way. I am a genuine seller and upset by this.
