Unfortunately the seller mailed me an item that does NOT match the picture. I travel for 3 months during the winter and had this item shipped to my home mid Jan. I returned yesterday home, I opened the package saw the item didn’t match the description. I contacted the seller and their reply was I missed the return period. I bought this item in good faith I didn’t need to return it if the seller sent me the right item. I am living this negative as a result because I bought the item in good faith

You waited until TWO MONTHS after you received the item to claim there was something wrong, then DEMANDED a full refund while also keeping the item. The return period for this item was LONG PAST CLOSED and I reported you to ebay for policy violations. I suggest not waiting two months to decide you don't like something.
