I won three auctions from this seller simultaneously, and because the auction resulted in low bidding, I did not suffer from the shipping policy of this seller, which I would describe as “let the buyer beware”! The seller posts shipping cost that are high and based on the cost of UPS ground shipping, although the magazines were shipped USPS ground advantage, a much lower cost. Seller does not offer combined shipping and advised that I should have asked in advance. I paid $34 to ship 17 magazine

Buyer won several no reserve auctions. He is a reseller and is upset because I wouldn't combine shipping to essentially make him more money. If you are confused about shipping or have questions, please ask prior to bidding... like everyone else does.
