    Customer service was appauling and very defensive about Hifu face device that arrived not working. I contacted the seller on 13th July, who informed me incorrectly that my item arrived on 4th, but in actuality it arrived on the 10th. The inference being that I had the item for 11 days before alerting them to the problem. Also it was stated that the item was 'packaged', I am not sure what this has to do with the device although indicating it's fully charged, not working. Bad customer service.
