Royal Mail lost the item, but the buyer seems to think sending abusive messages is the way to go about business. Reported to ebay, will never have contact with this person again hopefully.

Pleasant person to deal with. Item was purchased in brand new condition, however arrived open as seller had tested it before selling and I found there was damage to the Y key. Seller has expressed this is down to the manufacturers quality control and not during his testing, which I will give him benefit of doubt. Other than the above the device seems to be working well.
