Was sent the wrong item so had hassle of sending back. Seller insisted on using royal mail despite me saying that would be difficult for me to get to a post office and asking for alternative. Had to wait for them to get their item back for refund. Seller co-operative so not a negative experience, just a bit of an inconvenience.
