Sold item as new without tags, however the dress had a hole in. I was instructed to send the dress back for a refund BUT after several messages, seller ignores my request for a postage refund. Therefore, I was mis-sold a damaged dress falsely advertised as new, and had to pay out of my own pocket to return it. Disgusting treatment considering I tried to get the item repaired out of my own pocket initially, unfortunately despite consulting several repair shops the item was deemed unrepairable.
