I ordered and paid for 2 x twin packs of smoke alarms with batteries (as per the advert). I received 1 x twin pack with no batteries !! On contacting the seller, they told me that the courier had removed the batteries due to a logistics issue - really!! They offered me a 50% refund. I requested the second twin pack to be delivered ASAP, and they just refunded me the whole amount. I am not out of pocket, but don't buy from these people - more hassle than it is worth!!

It was advertised as the ORIGINAL board game. It was not. The original game was much larger with a solid board. Wooden racks, and good quality letters. The scrabble game that I received came in a small box with a board that was folded up and plastic rack. Very disappointing indeed. Won't be using this seller again.
