A word to prospective purchasers, please pay attention to the wiring as I purchased one of the controllers previously and sent it back as I erroneously thought it did not work but I had not wired it correctly. Search the internet for the correct wiring.

The manufacturers do not say if the setting are retained during a power outage and for this application it will be critical so I bought the 12 volt version and will run it from a small battery wired also to the internet router.

Made far wo by the pathetic Evri Courier service which was scheduled, re-scheduled and re-scheduled yet again. in total 8 days to recieve a small package that even the Post Office could have delivered quicker. The packaging was far from adequate for 2 fragile items - a small piece of thin card and a bit of bubble film simply wrapped around, not taped up! Thank Will NOT be using again Impossible to talk to Evri though anything other than a BOT - totally useless
