It took me reaching out to eBay 6 days after "shipment" for the seller to actually drop the item off at the post office. The shipping cost paid was not reflective of the shipping service received. Order was combined with an additional item resulting in both items arriving more than 2 weeks after purchase and no refunds were offered. $6 per item shipped ground advantage is excessive.
