Arrived on time & the driver was very friendly & helpful & they were well packaged. The tiles are a very good quality, they are very strong & well made & are easy to use. They really do need to be laid on a flat surface as possible. Very happy with our purchase.

I ordered a front set only with oval clips (for earlier models), and received round clips. But they are just a two-part m/f plastic escutcheons pressed together, through pre-cut circular holes in the mat. They sent me replacement oval clips to self-fit.
