    Horrible seller, ordered a personalised guitar pick that was supposed to be red and was sent one with kidney beans on it, obviously thought this may have been a mistake so contacted the seller and all they said was that the text didn’t show up on red very well so they sent that instead as they knew i wouldn’t be happy with the one i had ordered. They didn’t try and resolve it with me before postage but sent me something entirely different to what i ordered. Wouldn’t buy from them or recommend.

    (1) Contacted the supplier with following email. "On receipt will be returning the item as I can purchase the same item from another retailer for £9.84". A saving of £13.75. New message from: salru-31 (1,706RED_STAR Star) I have accepted the return. You can return now. Just to clarify again, after receiving the return, I will partially refund you £10 only, which will cover the postage, time and labor cost. Look at other negative reviews on various items. Will never use this supplier again.
