I would not say, not water tight, as the corrugated roof forms leave a gap thru to the interior area from the front and the rear. Although the shed design includes a deflector front and to rear to stop direct wind ingress into these gaps. Sadly, in Wales our rain is horizontal in the wind. I placed a tarpaulin over the roof section and affixed to the shed frame below the open roof form gaps. A quality product .... recommend. Good delivery service

I messaged the seller who contacted me in a timely fashion and had resolved the issue by sending out the parts by next day delivery. The shed is great. Easier to put together than I thought even with parts missing. Thank you so much for all your help and resolving my issue so quickly. Many thanks. Matt
