    Very dangerous. They listed a Fluke 8506 as "refurbished". When asked about what had been done to refurbish it, answer was "it works perfectly". After the purchase was complete, they said "Ohms don't work, is that a problem?". It turned out they hadn't changed even one capacitor... when we stated that we were expecting a refurbished device working perfectly, they refunded us without asking for it. Thanks God for eBay buyer protection, otherwise we would have been screwed
