There was an issue with the shipping process after USPS confirmed receipt, and upon contacting USPS for status after a week's delay, I received the box damaged and one of the bottles was missing. USPS marked the box 'Received Unsealed'. I contacted Mr-Medical the same day of receiving the package, sent pictures, and Tonney in Customer Service quickly refunded the missing bottle.
