I have them for years, and can strongly recommend them.

It warms you, before warming the rest of the room and the air, due to most of it's heat being derived from radiant heat and not convection/conduction.

They promptly replied & offered me a full refund or replacement. I went for replacement as I still wanted the mugs. They arranged for a different courier ( Yodel ) to deliver the replacements & 3 days later here they are. The seller did all they could to ensure I got my parcel so I would definitely recommend them.
