This didn't help with the installation. DHL were the couriers and despite the correct tracking number being supplied, I was never able to track delivery. The number being unrecognised by DHL. Delivery was last day of estimated arrival, and due to no communication with or by DHL, was missed by 6 minutes!! So had to arrange delivery to service point to avoid another fiasco. Not a happy bunny.
