When using the belt sander the unit wants to tip, or move back when applying any force centrally, or near the top. I have had to move the unit to the edge of my bench and use a G clamp to stop movement. Secondly the belt sander itself. After purchase I replaced the belt fitted with a zirconia version and it took quite a while to get the belt running true.
