Unfortunately, the first seat I ordered was lost during shipping by Aramex. After that, a new seat was sent to me via FedEx for an additional charge. Shipping via FedEx has proven to be faster and much easier to track online. My previous two orders from this shop were also processed via FedEx, I don't know why they switched to Aramex. For me as a customer, FedEx would always be the preferred choice.
