Communication with them was direct, reciprocated and honest. I was given options in regards to the error in my order, and we settled on a partial refund. The picture is of the 3rd Edition, but the 4th Edition was shipped, which was ok with me. Appearance is a little different as the cover isn't the same but again that's ok. Shipping seemed a little long, but I wasn't in a super hurry so a few more days was ok, plus it came book class which takes a little longer and tracking isn't as good.
