There are no marks on the phone at all, other than the box being opened you’d never know it wasn’t straight from the factory (minus the labels on the box). For around £300 less than Apple charge too! Loads of emails promising delivery each day causing someone to have to remain in the house for hours fruitlessly. Their tracking claimed there was an attempted delivery and a further re-delivery - all nonsense as the full tracking history said it hadnt even reached this distribution centre when they said it was a delivery attempt. Use another delivery service please.
