    Thank you. I am always anxious when I ship breakable item after a really nasty experience with a Canadian buyer who I am convinced really cheated me because the packing was absolutely watertight and she claimed a lid on pot was broken. No way . It was an extremely expensive item and I believe she wanted replacement for one she had and posted a photo of HER damaged one. £100's of pounds lost and the postage !! I didn't send any fragile items for a while. Really upset me because it was precious
