ECOJUNK . Lucky to get 2 yrs out of them.
Purchased my home new in 2017. These Ecosmart's were all up in the ceilings in a can. Worked fine for about 2 years. Then they started acting up. Flickering, going dull, or just plain burnt out. ( Mind you, the box says they last 31 years..NOT !!!!! ) By the time 2 years went by, they were already discontinued. Had to contact Ecosmart to see if they made a match ( color hue, diameter, etc ). Fortunately they did, and I went to my local Home Depot to buy replacements. Did this for years. Then Ecosmart discontinued the replacement . I was stuck ! Good ole E-Bay had some, and I scooped them up. Now I have enough to get me far enough to when I sell the house ! Ecosmart is contractor grade JUNK. I've had incandescent bulbs last longer than this garbage. Next house will not have Ecosmart anything in it ! But, I was in a pickle. E-Bay saved me from changing ALL the recess lighting in the house. Thank you E-Bay and seller !
