Had to go into Bios and enable TPM 2.0 as it had not been done before delivery even though Windows 11 had been installed. The Microsoft Windows 11 compatibility checker tool insists on TPM 2.0 being enabled, otherwise it fails the upgrade. Perhaps you switched TPM 2.0 off by mistake.
