The seller refunded the purchase and all is well. Maybe everyone should just boycott using USPS for awhile. That would change things. They are so concerned about revenue. If no one uses them for a month or two. they will definitely have a revenue problem then. They aren't the only fish in the sea. They charge too much anyway.
