However, the item was shipped with tracking and was delayed due to the bank holiday. I was not informed prior to purchase that you needed this parcel within a deadline. Had I been informed of this, I would have recommended shipping the parcel within “guaranteed special delivery by 1pm”. The items were bought as a bundle and I offered the buyer to return the entire parcel for a refund in line with eBay’s rules.
