Communication with Bluetti was good, but the delivery was split into multiple parcels; this in itself isn't a problem, but some of the tracking did not work & the estimate for delivery wasn't accurate. Long story short, 3 different packages and quite a lot of confusion about what was coming when. Product & packaging deserves a positive rating, but the delivery process could definitely be improved.
