      Took 2 tablets at 4pm, the next morning as soon as I awoke, I had to go, I made sure it was my day off work and glad I did... wouldn't recommend if you can't be near a loo for the first few hours after first going. No cramps or pains during the process, worked heaps better than the more expensive brands I have tried.
