There is some black paint that doesn’t belong on the figure that looks like it was done by hand and the claw and gun arm are quite loose with chipped off paint. I paid for 48 tracked postage however I didn’t receive a tracking number so I asked the seller about it and they never responded. The Dalek is 100% brand new and was stored from the name I bought several of them. The paint discolourations must have happened in storage - it certainly wasn't fiddled with by me or anyone else.
