    Seller messing me around stating "something went wrong with the sofa" I purchased! - I am fuming! ZERO communication ignoring me , then vague in a response, not being clear just saying "sorry unavailable" not explianing what that meant if they are or the item is, or for a collection etc! then says utter "nonsense" - wasting my time and making me miss other items being sold I could have purchased instesd plus messing me around for the sale on my own sofa! absolutely disgusting behaviour!     Very poor, non intuitive and does its own thing. Because of the attention it needs you have to keep stopping to readjust which is very difficult in these times of double yellow lines AND after you have adjusted it, it doesn't go back to where you were. I see this as not fit for purpose and will try to return it - its outside the returns wind ow as I bought it before any planned long journies so the first ( to a place near Rochdale (it couldn't find the address from post code or street
