Could’ve happened during shipping so I’m not holding it against the seller. I fixed with tape on the inside of jacket. No harm/no foul.     Bob Woodard does an excellent job investigating and looking into why decisions were made. It's easy to read and understand even if you are not politically inclined which I am. I recommend to anyone.
