In essence both parties involved in the transaction were badly let down by the courier service. Enquiries made to the couriier by the seller indicated that the item had been damaged in transit - bad enough, but compounded by the courier not telling anyone. I'd certainly have no hesitatiofrom in buying from this seller again.

As can be seen from the photograph, it had been damaged and parcel tape applied to reseal it although a considerable amount of the compost had been lost in the meantime.
