They provided instructions with photos different than the item I received but I still tried to follow them. I had several other people look at the device and we all concluded that either a piece was missing or it was defective. Either way they had terrible customer service. They told me there was no way the device was defective and refused to do anything to help. Also the vials they sent were never run through an autoclave. Sterile indicator isn't active.
