    If you stick to it you will see results!!Its a great value. All you need is your time. There are 3 workouts on the DVD. Workout 1= Level 1; and so on. She says in the video that they are like 30 minute long videos but they are more like 45 minutes. Its a great buy!! :)

    This DVD by Jillian Micaels really works - it it a killer!

    Great DVD for the area I am targeting - those nasty buns and thighs. I'm still on the first workout, (beginner) and it will kick your butt into shape and thighs, too. I highly recommend it!
