The delivery guys were friendly and on-time, however the packaging was heavily damaged in several places and I was very surprised that there was no actual damage to the washing machine itself. I'm happy that the machine comes with a long manufacturer's warranty, as it's seemingly been subject to a 'rough' time from warehouse onwards!!!

But im hoping this machine will last longer than a laptop, like they said it would online.
