Toyves shipped it to me the next day, and even though the store is in Canada and I live in the US, it arrived in less than a week. Since it's all glass, I was concerned about breakage. However, the person who packed it did a spectacular job. The only way someone could have damaged it is if they dropped it from a tall building or ran over it with a truck.
