After submitting my order i noticed that the delivery address was wrong - defaulted to the billing address. Rather than having to cancel the order and re-submitting it , Thirsk immediately offered to manually re-direct the parcel to the correct address I supplied to them by email. The paint subsequently arrived there on the earliest date of the estimated range, well wrapped, in excellent condition. A recommended company that should be on your short list.
