I must have clicked the wrong button sometime throughout the ordering process, (I had been on and off the web site trying to decide if best to order online and save quite a bit or run about 10 miles to a Farrow and ball shop) and ended up ordering the wrong colour! When I realised checking the email saying it was ready packed I messaged them, explaining the problem, they mixed the correct colour and didn't charge me!

After submitting my order i noticed that the delivery address was wrong - defaulted to the billing address. Rather than having to cancel the order and re-submitting it , Thirsk immediately offered to manually re-direct the parcel to the correct address I supplied to them by email. The paint subsequently arrived there on the earliest date of the estimated range, well wrapped, in excellent condition.
